Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Domestic Shipping (Namibia) We currently ship to all regions within Namibia. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates! 

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at poulton198@gmail.com and we will assist you.
